PORK CHOP SKILLET MEAL | |
6 to 8 1 inch Pork Chops 6 medium potatoes 1 large onion 1 large can French Style green beans Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet with 2 tbsp. oil. Drain liquid after browning. Add potatoes, cut into quarters, onion, slice in rings, and can of green beans with liquid. Cover all with lid and cook on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes. Pork chops and potatoes should be tender. |
