STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
pork chops
croutons
1 egg
chopped onions
garlic to taste
poultry seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Ask the butcher to cut some chops at least 1-inch thick and make a slit for stuffing. Mix well about a half cup per chop of croutons, egg, chopped onions, garlic, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Stuff into opening. Rub oil on each side of chop and place in skillet with small amount of oil added. Brown on both sides being careful to keep stuffing intact. Place on baking pan and put in 350°F oven until stuffing is done. These should be turned over at least once.
