BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops

Place butter in shallow baking dish. Melt in cracker crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper; set aside. Blend egg and milk in shallow bowl. Coat chops in crumb mixture; dip in egg mixture and again in crumb mix. Place in dish with melted butter; bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Carefully turn chops and bake an additional 30 minutes or until done.
