FANTASTIC FUDGE 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. candied cherries, coarsely chopped

Line a 9x5x3 loaf pan with aluminum foil, letting foil hang over sides. Butter lightly. In top of double boiler, over hot, not boiling water, melt chocolate chips. Add condensed milk, nuts and cherries, mix well. Turn into prepared pan. Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Grasp roll and remove fudge in one block. Cut into squares. Makes 2 pounds of fudge.
