ESTELA'S CHILI BEANS 
1 lb. pkg. red kidney beans (save liquid)
2 lbs. lean hamburger meat
1 (16 oz.) jar Pace picante (your choice of mild, med., hot)
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 med. size bell pepper, diced
1 med. size onion, diced
2 cloves finely minced garlic

Cook kidney beans according to package instructions. In large cooking pot, brown hamburger meat, add bell pepper, saute until tender. Remove excess fat from mixture, add onions and garlic, saute. With s slotted spoon add kidney beans to meat mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes, now add all of Pace picante and can of stewed tomatoes. Add about four cups of bean liquid. Simmer until liquid thickens. Suggest serve with corn bread.
