ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 tsp. chili powder 1 (14 oz.) jar enchilada sauce, mild 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. frozen tortillas 1 lg. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, mild Brown hamburger and onion. Salt to taste. Add enchilada sauce and soups. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Line bottom of casserole dish with sauce, cover with tortilla, add grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
