CRAZY LASAGNA 
8 oz. spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter or oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano (optional)
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
Grated sharp cheddar or Italian type cheese

Break spaghetti into pieces and cook as directed on box. Brown meat and onion in butter or oil; drain off excess fat when meat is brown. Add salt, pepper, oregano and tomato sauce. Cook 5 minutes -- taste for flavor -- add seasoning if needed.

Mix sour cream and cottage cheese together and add to cooked spaghetti. Put alternate layers of spaghetti and meat sauce into greased casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Serves 6.
