FUDGE MUFFINS 
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
1 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the chocolate and butter together. Add the nuts and stir until well coated. Stir (don't beat) the flour, eggs, vanilla and sugar until mixed. Add chocolate mixture to this and stir until mixed. Place cup cake liners in muffin tins and fill about 7/8 full. They will rise slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
