| GAM GAM'S HOT BANANA WATER | |

This was Gam Gam's recipe, she made us eat it. Many fond memories. 3 ripe bananas, peeled 1 gallon water Bring water to a boil. Once it starts to boil, add 1 banana peel. Turn off heat and wait 10 minutes, then add another peel. Wait 10 more minutes and add the last banana peel. Stir to incorporate flavors.
