HOT TANDOORI CHICKEN | |
1 (3 lb.) chicken (1 kg.) 16 oz. european style yoghurt (400-500 g.) 2-4 tsp. chilli powder 1-2 tsp. saffron powder Put chicken in a bowl put other ingredients in and mix well with hands. Spray an oven tray or ovenproof dish with canola oil (or alternately brush the oil on). Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked properly.
