MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. semi-sweet chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. walnuts

Place all ingredients, except nuts, in large bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) until chips are melted, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased baking dish, 8 x 8 inch. Refrigerate until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
