RAW CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1 orange
1 c. celery or 5 lg. stalks
1 c. nuts (pecans preferred)
2 c. sugar
4 pkg. raspberry or strawberry Jello
3 c. hot water

Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water, then add 1 cup cold water. Grind all other ingredients in food chopped. (Place pan under chopped to catch the drippings.) Add juice that drips plus ground ingredients to jello and pour into container. Place in refrigerator to congeal. Serve on lettuce leaf with a dab of mayonnaise.
