CHILI - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Tabasco sauce
2 c. Fritos or flour tortillas
2 c. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Brown meat, drain. Add pepper and onion, saute until tender. Add tomato sauce, beans and seasonings. Place Fritos in 2 quart casserole. Cover with half of meat and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
