4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour in 2 (9 inch) cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

ICING:

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Lump of butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook until soft ball will form in water. Ice cool cake.
