3 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Liquid garlic to taste
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper

SAUCE:

1 sm. bottle Heinz hot ketchup
1 sm. bottle Brooks tangy ketchup
1 sm. jar apple jelly

Mix together ground beef, onion soup mix, eggs, bread crumbs, liquid garlic, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet. Makes 6 dozen. Heat the sauce and add to the meatballs.
