SPANISH COLD SOUP | |
1 clove garlic 1/2 sm. onion, sliced 1/2 green pepper, seeded & sliced 10 oz. can stewed tomatoes 1 sm. cucumber, peeled & sliced 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. wine vinegar Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 3 seconds, chill. Serve with croutons or sour cream. |
