SPANISH BEAN SOUP 
2 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 charizo
1 ham hock
1/2 lb. flank steak
Onion
Garlic
Green pepper
1 whole tomato
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. saffron
2 1/2 (16 oz.) cans water
2 cans sliced potatoes

The charizo, flank steak, onions, garlic, green pepper and tomato are chopped or sliced. The longer this soup warms the better. Can be frozen and heated again.
