CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well and bake 25 to 27 minutes at 350 degrees in an oblong pan.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa (or less)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Bring to boil and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir and cool then add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour on cake.
