MACARONI SALAD 
4 c. dry macaroni
1 bunch green onions
1 lg. green pepper
4 (3 oz.) pkg. corned beef
4 stalks celery
1 lg. carrot

Cook macaroni until tender. Rinse in cold water and drain. Toss with 1 bottle creamy Italian dressing. Chill. Add diced vegetables and corned beef plus generous amounts of onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, basil, dill weed, salt, and paprika. Add to Miracle Whip and mustard to taste. Toss with more creamy Italian dressing.
