B.B.Q.'D BEEF 
Roast beef or round steak
2-3 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. grape jelly or jam
3 tbsp. light molasses (2 tbsp. dark)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard

Cook a roast or round steak until done. Pull apart into bite size pieces (enough to fill a 10" skillet). Combine all ingredients; pour over meat and simmer. Serve on buns. This freezes well.
