CINCINNATI BEEF BARBEQUE 
About 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. ketchup
1 c. beef juice

Cook roast with salt and pepper until roast falls apart. I use a pressure cooker, but it can be cooked in the oven or on top of stove. Cook onion in butter until transparent. Mix with remaining ingredients. Simmer, shred beef and mix in. Serve on rolls with coleslaw. It freezes very well.
