ITALIAN SAUCED FISH 
2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder
1 (8 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 c.)

Arrange fillets in single layer on well-greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Mix spaghetti sauce and onion, pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees, until fish flakes, about 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, return to oven until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. 149 calories per serving. Yield: 8 servings.
