ITALIAN SAUCED FISH | |
2 lbs. fresh or frozen cod, halibut, or flounder fillets 1 c. spaghetti sauce without meat 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Arrange fish fillets in single layer on sprayed baking sheet. Mix sauce with onions. Pour over fillets. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily with fork, about 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven to melt. Makes 8 servings at 150 calories. |
