ITALIAN STYLE BAKED FISH | |
1 lb. fish fillets (white fish) 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Italian vegetables, partially thawed 1 c. tomato sauce Parmesan cheese, grated Mozzarella cheese (opt.) 1. Place frozen vegetables on bottom of a shallow baking pan. 2. Add a layer of fish fillets. 3. Pour tomato sauce over and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. 5. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. |
