APPLE CRISP 
4 c. pared, sliced baking apples or 1 can apple pie filling
2/3-3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. soft butter

Place apples in greased 8" square pan. Blend remaining ingredients until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
