VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed 8 Vidalia onions, sliced 3 tsp. butter In saucepan, steam onions in butter - do not let onions get soggy. In 2 1/2 quart deep Pyrex dish, layer 1/2 of cracker crumbs, then onions, then cheese. Repeat. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese is brown. |
