VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
5 med. onions
12 Saltines
1 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese

Slice and cook onions until tender, drain and add butter. Chop onions for 5 minutes. Butter bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish (glass works best). Add layer of onions, layer of each soup, onions, soup until all used. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper. Sprinkle casserole with crackers and add egg and milk mixture. Grate cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
