EASY BUT RICH BROWNIES 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick plus 6 tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, Hershey's syrup, flour, eggs and nuts until blended. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix in saucepan 1 1/2 cups sugar, milk and 6 tablespoons butter. heat and let boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chocolate chips are melted and quickly spread on warm brownies.
