EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. (20 oz. can) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix together the above ingredients. Then mix, the following separately, 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put together and mix well. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan.

ICING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1/2 c. (8 oz. can) evaporated milk

Boil all ingredients, except coconut for 5 minutes. Then add coconut. Pour over warm cake while icing is still hot.
