SEA FOAM SALAD | |
1 pkg. Jello (lime, apricot, strawberry to compliment fruit) 1 lg. can fruit (pears, peaches) 2 sm. pkg. cream cheese (total 6 oz.) 2 tbsp. milk or cream 1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip Heat 1 cup of juice from canned fruit. Pour over the package of Jello. While still hot, pour gradually into cream cheese which has been softened and mashed with the milk or cream. Chill. When thick, add can of mashed, drained fruit and whipped cream or Cool Whip. Place in 9 inch square pan or comparable dish in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Do Not Freeze. |
