DOUBLE CRUST PIZZA PIE 
3 c. flour
3 c. packaged instant mashed potatoes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. butter

For crust combine flour, potatoes, milk and butter - set aside.

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 lg. onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can ripe pitted olives
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 of 1.31 oz. pkg. Sloppy Joe seasoning mix (2 tbsp.)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

For filling cook beef, sausage and onion until onion is tender and meat no longer pink. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, olives, tomato paste, seasoning mix and garlic powder.

Press half of crust into bottom and up sides of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread filling over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll remaining crust to a 15 x 11 inch rectangle between waxed paper. Invert over filling. Turn edges under and crimp. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 12 servings.
