TAVERNS STROGANOFF 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sour cream

Brown beef and bacon. Add onion and cook until tender. Drain off excess fat. Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture. Stir in soup and cook slowly uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. This recipe should feed 8 to 10 servings.
