EMILY'S MEXICAN CHOCOLATE
CRINKLES
 
3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 oz. unsweetened melted chocolate
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Sugar for dipping

Cream together butter, sugar and egg. Stir in corn syrup and chocolate. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon into creamed mixture and stir to make a stiff dough.
