ENCHILADA CASSEROLE (CHICKEN) 
1 chicken boiled, boned and diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 onion
1 can diced chili
1 lg. pkg. Fritos
1 lb. longhorn cheese

Brown onion in a little fat, add soups, broth, and chicken. In a baking pan place a layer of Fritos, a layer of grated cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts or for 30 minutes.
