CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. flour

Mix water, butter and salt in a pan. Bring to a boil. Turn down flame, add flour; beat until paste. Remove from flame. Mix in eggs, one at a time until it turns to paste. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before filling.

FILLING: Your choice pudding.
