CREAMED POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Cook potatoes for about 20 minutes in boiling water. Let cool and peel. Break up coarsely, but do not mash. Add butter, salt and pepper; combine and mix ingredients. Put into baking dish or 9 inch pie plate. Pour heavy cream over potatoes and butter mixture, let stand about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes in a 175 degree oven or until cheese is melted.
