FOOL PROOF BREAD 
4 c. Ceresota flour
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm tap water

Mix together cup hot water, oil, sugar and salt. Set aside. Cool.

Mix yeast and warm water. Add to first mixture. Add flour gradually. Mix with hand until not sticky. Knead every 10 minutes, 5 times. Cover with light towel each time. Let sit 1 hour, covered.

Pull into 2 loaves. Flatten with hands. Roll like jelly roll. Score top. Cover, let sit 1 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 1/2 hour. Spread butter on top.
