FOOL PROOF FUDGE 
1/4 lb. marshmallows, about 32
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

In top of double boiler, combine marshmallows and water; heat slowly until marshmallows are melted. Stir occasionally. In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, salt and milk; bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat. Stir constantly. Boil for 8 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips and melted marshmallows until blended. Pour into a buttered 8 x 12 pan; cool; cut.
