STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
1 c. water
Red food coloring
1 (9 inch) pie shell, cooked
1 to 2 c. fresh strawberries

Combine dry ingredients. Add water. Bring to a boil and cook until thick. Stir constantly so mixture will not stick. Cool. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Fill pie shell with strawberries. Cover with cooked filling. When cool, garnish with whipped cream.
