FLAG POLE SALAD 
4 lettuce leaves
4 pineapple slices
2 lg. bananas
4 maraschino cherries
Cottage cheese
Mayonnaise

Place one lettuce leaf on each salad plate. Place pineapple slice on lettuce. Top with a small mound of cottage cheese. Place 1/2 of banana, cut side down, into cottage cheese. Top each banana with a dab of mayonnaise and a cherry. 4 servings.
