STUFFED CRABS | |
1/2 lb. crabmeat 1/2 stick butter 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. green onions 1 1/2 c. coarse bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper Dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce 1 tbsp. chopped parsley or flakes 1/2 c. bread crumbs for top Saute onions and green onions in butter. Add seasonings and crabmeat, then add 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs and a little water. Mix thoroughly. Put in baking dish, top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
