CORNBREAD DRESSING OR STUFFING 
4 c. crumbled cornbread or prepackaged bread crumbs
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Sage to taste
1/2 c. melted butter
Hot water or broth to moisten
Chopped pecans, (optional)

Cook cornbread ahead of time and crumble up or use prepackaged crumbs. Cook onion until tender or use dehydrated onions soaked in water. Combine bread, onion and seasonings. Add melted butter and enough liquid to moisten. Mix all this up and taste as you go. Add more salt, pepper or seasonings as needed. Spray Pam into baking dish. Add dressing and bake about 30 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees.
