CHOCOLATE BARS 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk, sour milk or evaporated milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil and cool thoroughly. Mix sugar, flour and salt; add to above.

Beat together 3 beaten eggs, milk, soda and vanilla. Add to above mixture and beat 2 minutes. Pour into large cookie sheet, greased and floured. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, scatter miniature marshmallows over top and return to oven until marshmallows are soft. Remove from oven and frost while still warm.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
20 miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil milk and sugar for 2 minutes. Remove from stove. Add chips, marshmallow and vanilla. Stir until melted. Add nuts and spread on warm bars.
