RICE PILAF | |
1/2 c. rice, uncooked 1/4 c. orzo 2 tbsp. butter 1 3/4 c. water 2 bouillon cubes Melt a little of the butter and brown rozo in it. Add water and bouillon cubes and remaining butter. Bring to boil and add rice. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir and let stand for 10-20 minutes. Serves 4-5. |
