"CRUNCH CAKE" 
2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
6 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring

Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat 12 minutes with electric mixer.

Bake at 275°F for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours for a much lighter and much prettier cake.
