4 lg. fresh sweet potatoes
2/3 c. milk
1/4 stick butter
Lg. marshmallows

Preheated oven at 350 degrees. Four large fresh sweet potatoes, peel and quarter. Boil on top of stove in water until potatoes are soft.

In mixing bowl mash potatoes. Pour in a bowl 2/3 cup of milk. 1/4 stick of butter. Mix well. Place in baking dish. Cover top with large marshmallows. Bake in oven until marshmallows are melted and slightly brown. Serve.
