RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. (4 c.) milk
1 very sm. can cream (use only half can)
1/2 c. rice, rinse well (you may use more)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, separate yolks from whites
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream, milk and rice. Cook slowly, continue stirring. When rice is done add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix 1/2 cup sugar to your egg yolks and mix. Add mixture to your rice. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Beat egg whites with beater then fold in.
