PIZZA QUICHE 
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. heavy cream
12 slices cooked bacon and broken in small bits
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. minced onion

Blend together mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk, add grated cheese and onion. Prepare pie crust you prefer. Pat into rectangle pan; brush with egg whites. Sprinkle bacon on top of pie crust. Pour quiche mixture on top of bacon. Bake 20 minutes in 300 degrees oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut with biscuit cutter and put on another pan. Replace in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees. I cut into squares instead of round cutter and there is less waste. You may freeze this after cutting then finish cooking at time you want to serve. Do defrost before doing final baking.
