MOTHER'S OVERNIGHT ROLLS 
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. liquid shortening
1 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten lightly
8 c. flour, 1 c. more if needed to knead

Start at 4 P.M. Knead every hour until 9 P.M. Make into rolls and cover. Bake in the A.M. at 375 degrees. Cinnamon rolls 20 minutes and buns for 15 minutes.
