OVERNIGHT ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. lard
2 eggs
3 c. warm water
9 c. or more flour

Start at 5 p.m. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix and knead until smooth. Knead down every hour until 9 p.m. Make into buns, rolls, or cinnamon rolls. Place in a cool place. In the morning bake for 12-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
